I agree to this statement to the fullest extent.
My widening body shape is because of what I eat and the resistance to exercise.
Because my one determined decision of practicing Yoga, Im once again starting my healthy lifestyle.
Control what Im eating.
Often when Im in office, I tend to crave for some munching.
And so I tend to stock up tibits and chocolates in my drawers and also going to the canteen or 7-11 to buy sweet drinks.
Thus this actually brought me to my current state of Chubby Angie.
But now, every morning Im having 2 serving of fruits for breakfast and having pure fruit juice to replace the sweet drinks.
Selecting a good choice of fruit is important, esp for girls.
Cause at certain part of the month we have to avoid certain fruits.
A diet high in fruits can help prevent many of the symptoms of diseases.
Seeing my family medical history, it is a wise healthy prevention method.
What's more is that it can improves on skin complexion.
Can see the obvious improvement on my skin.
Nemesis Pimple is beginning to retreat from my smoothing skin home ground.
I use to hate the aftermath of consuming pineapple esp the stings in the mouth.
But Im starting to appreciate the tangy taste and easing the stings with pure carrot and celery juice.
Somehow it works.
Due to the want of maintaining the high fruits diet, I research on benefits of fruits.
Discovered the many awesome advantages of pineapples:
1) Helps to lose weight! (MOST IMPT!)
Highly cut down sweet cravings because of its natural sweetness, reducing a lot of sugar-induced calories.
It can make you feel full without giving you an ounce of fat.
2) Fights a lot of diseases, being rich in Vitamin C
Protects our bodies from free radicals that attack our healthy cells.
Water-soluble anti-oxidant that fights against disease-inducing substances within the body.
An excellent fighter against flu and a great enhancer of the immune system.
3) Keeps skin beautiful! (ANOTHER IMPT FACTOR)
Pineapple contains enzymes that make:
- skin elastic
- improve skin hydration
- remove damaged and dead cells
- fight free-radical damage
- reduce age spots and fine lines
Thus, helping us achieve a clear and glowing complexion.
Yeah! Begin indulge into high fruits diet!
