YAY! Aft procrastinating for so long, finally managed to go for my yoga class.
Signed up the yoga class at the CC behind my hse.
40 bucks for 8 sessions.
Think it is rather worth it.
Yoga is all abt breathing and relaxing.
Yup… Listen to ur breathing.
Hear ur inhaling and exhaling movements.
Letting ur breathing movement control ur body.
Think of nth and juz cleanse ur soul and mind.
And oso at the same time do stunts to exercise with ur breathing.
During my 1st session, I really relaxed and tot of nth else but juz the yoga moves and hearing my breaths with the accompanying background music.
Felt the stretch of each body muscles.
But still at least help to regain my body flexibility.
But let me complain the –ve effect.
ARGH!~ MUSCLE ACHES!!!
But I think the aches are worth a good slp.
