tmr halena will be on leave.
thurs, fri and nxt mon, sab will be on leave.
so counter will leave mi, dat new gurl and either of dem.
i can expect disasterSSSS to occur.
and moi lunchtime will be drag too, till abt 2plus bah.

she is here for like reaching 3 wks and she still struck at registration and casenotes.
when i was workin for abt 3 wks, i had started learning on billing, casenotes i had done independently too.
im so worried abt moi casenotes.
damn...
today 2 mini trolleys of casenotes already took her more than an hour to do liao.
while using the same amt of time, i completed 2 big trolleys of casenotes.
reaching 3 WEEKS LIAO!!!
why why still so slow and retard??
i really doubt her listenin skill.
askin her to do smth simple, i nid to repeat for freakin shit no of times.
she can nod her head and go back to her seat and stare blank.

in the end, i had to do it.
dunno it is she really cant hear or wad leh!!
her counter fone can ring for very long and dunno is she pretend cant hear or the fone gt virus she so scare to hear.
nid to kip repeating " Ellis can u pick up the fone? Ellis can u pick up the FONE?? ELLIS PICK UP THE FONE!!!"
finally she picks up den she pick dwn the fone.
i really wonder she hang the fone up on purpose or really the person on the line really put dwn the the fone??
in addition, she has freakin BAD attitude, shitty stubborn and RUDE.
u tell her off smth she did wrongly, she will gif dat F**k up face.
if nt she will throw her tantrum by slammin the things, gif attitude and etc.
stubbornly she repeats the mistakes and everything starts all over again.
another bad habit she has is dat she like to snatch things.
example: when i am holdin a referral letter, and if u wan it, u will say "Excuse Me, can i haf it?" and take it nicely frm mi.
but her case is, she wan it. She simply juz snatch it away frm ur hands.

and worst thing is that she did it to the patients too.

2 days did casenotes with her, i had to suffer her shits.

i replied, "coz i cant pull my face, if i gt sad or wadeva -ve feelings, i scare i cant control and will erupt."
but they could see moi stress up face.
and being considerate, they tried nt to disturb mi and joked ard wif mi.
eased moi tension.
esp during brk, dat new gurl had became our lunch topic.
even staffs frm other dept and clinics also discuss abt her.

but finally i could see unity in our dept too.
all becoz of her.

sianz... thinkin abt the rest of my wk, everything is ruined by her...
pray hard the rest of the wk will be a gd day for mi...
