CGH's JCIA Audit is becoming a mental torture for all the staffs.
all of us r suffering frm major mental block.
and suay suay dis wk de patients gt attitude problem.

sometime feel like killin dem.
ple who go to hospital or wadeva lah...
pls spare a tot for de ple who r serving u.
try to understand how much of stress they r goin thru.
de stress for doin C/N alone can kill one person liao.
imagine doin registration, billing, makin appt and handling patients, therapists and other staffs frm other departments.
STRESS and MORE STRESS.
and wad is more is dat dere is JCIA dis wk too, so it will be EVEN MUCH MORE STRESS!!!
so whoever so happen to go to hospital and meet de PSA, spare a tot for dem.
nt say dey r rude to u, sometime wad dey r goin thru, u cant imagine.
so dun be a spoiled brat by making things even more difficult for her.
dun think u r de one payin de medical bills den we r de one shud suffer all de demands frm u.
we dun owe u anything and u dun pay us.
ur bill only pay contribute or our salary by dat 1% in de hr, so stop think u r more superior.
all of us r equivalent!!!
