skipped sch for 2 days.
thurs and fri...
blogged on wad happen on thurs - medical appt.
ponned fri's class, 20 Jul 2007.
coz went for performance at UCC.
nid to be in sch @ 2pm to help de gurls wif their preparations.
Helped out in doin the head set, putting on the jewellries for some of the gurls, puttin of the tattoo and be their ah sum - clean up their mess.
it've been a long time since i did all these stuffs.
miz de days in sec sch, whereby im responsible for all the stuffs and nid to take charge of doing the make up and "stock take" and ensure dat the jewellries, props, dinners and etc are available.
this time, their preparations were rather insufficient.
things are made in a mess.
esp when i nid the head sets to help to put on the gurls' hair, but yet everything aint dere.
tattoos nt prepared and insufficient. when we set off, on the bus liao, de gurls den suddenly recalled, nv take props, hair pins and etc.
o.O
stunned wif their responsibilities.
rather disappointed.
everytime, i will prepare everything, all ready for dem.
trained and left de juniors wif this muz-learn skill.
but aft dat, jrs din pass on.
and also becoz everytime de seniors prepare everything for dem.
BUT everything was taken for granted.
hope they haf and will learn their mistakes and will improve on it for the nxt comin up performance in aug.
on de bus, de stupid driver kip complainin said we late, and will cause him to be late to fetch the nxt batch of students.
say wad 5.30pm liao, will haf traffic jam.

de best and shortest route frm my sch is to take ECP, but in de end, he went PIE.
den still complain jam.
i was like sittin at de back wif moi jrs and tellin dem, "stupid uncle kip complainin! den dunno how to go by ECP ah."
in de end, true enuff, PIE jammed...
den he went out at eunos and drove to marine parade and went by ECP!!!

den y in de 1st place dun take ECP leh???

on de way he suddenly braked very hard, and i almost lost my balance and flew to the front.

frm den, made all moi jrs sit at their own seats and no one to leave their seats.
All thanks to the reckless driver!!!~ reached UCC, brought de gurls to foyer to sit.
saw quite alot of the other schs' participants.
told moi gurls b4hand to present their up most gd behaviours.
No disappointment on their disclipine.
aft dat, we proceeded to the changin rm.
while they were continuin their make-up and etc, went to take de chance wif moi other senior-ed jrs to explore the place.

when the show started, we went to the backstage to watch performance.
coz de theatre was full-hse, so cant go to the audience seats to watch.
actually it is nt allowed to watch at de backstage de.
so aft a few performances, we gt chased out.
haha...
but at least can still watch a few performances.
aft dat went back to de changin rm.
start to prepare de gurls wif some warm-ups and oso start moi naggings.
haha...
actually is juz reminders for dem to take note on stage.
but dey complain dat it sounded like a nag.
i was juz worried for de kids nia, coz so some r 1st timer on stage.
although it is SYF closing and we r performin our SYF piece nia, but de sec 4 cant join, coz dey r preparin for their N and O lvls.
so Mrs VJ replace dem wif other new and inexperienced dancers.
that is y im so worried.
and in my eyes, they r still kids.
finally their turn to go on stage liao...
went wif dem to backstage to gif dem my upmost support.
but b4 us, was catholic high de guys performin.
dun look very shuai or wad.
but when dey go on stage, wooo, diff sia...
their dance moves are charmin...

aft dem, our dancers' turn.
while dey r performin on stage, in my heart, im watchin wif nervousness.
hopin dat no mistake will be made.

but to mi, dis is juz a minor one, at least no one fall down.

aft de performance, ekta cried.
xiu yun was rubbin it in.
like wad de hell.
she say wad dey deserve it de, coz dey nv experience any mishap b4 mah.
den cant take it.

i was thinkin, it is hard to avoid de.
dun wanna say much, juz comforted her.
in de changin rm, all de dancers gave her 3 cheers to support her.
wad a heart-warmin expression.

aft de performance, we still left wif 1 more performance - finale wif other representatives frm other sch.
our sch haf 10 representatives.
haha... mi again, went to the backstage wif dem, to support dem.
jk ard wif dem, hope to relax their tense.
although de routine din turn out well enuff, coz out of tempo.
but still ok lah...
coz went all de sch ple cramp tgh and dance on stage.
it totally din turn out gd, coz stage really nt much space and everyone still unsure wif de new routine which dey learnt in juz 2 to 3 days nia... but on overall, still satisfied wif their performance
aft dat, when back to changin rm and start to pack up to return to sch.
but lao shi pey, said gt reporters wan to interview us.
so selected 4 ple.
and i oso went along to KPO...
lol...
no lah... to guide dem...
jked to dem, said i went along is to tell de reporters de history of our cca.
haha...
coz i pioneer mah...

aft de interview, Mrs VJ left, leavin de gurls to mii and for mi to take care of dem.

gathered dem at de foyer and total chaos in de foyer.
coz show end, many SACians came and disturb moi dancers.

took some time to gather dem back and de bus driver came and kip hurryin us.
so pissed off and told de uncle off.
A: "UNCLE, i nid to do headcount leh."
U: "AIYA!!! NO nid de. dey see wear de same (as in same costume) de go liao, dey will follow de."
A: "UNCLE, cant u see all very messy, cant see where de kids. We go liao, de other nv follow how?"
U: "NVM LAH, let dem go back on their own lor."
A: "UNCLE, dey missing, we haf to explain and be responsible to their parents leh, nt u lor!"

ultimately, tirin day but yet enjoyable. coz everyone of us seem to bond better.
and im sure all of them learnt a lesson and i oso learnt dat nv bring kids out ever again.
haha...
but i noe, i will still do it, coz i will nv stop myself frm washin my hands off de kids and dance.
coz dey r all my precious babies.
