went back for dance today.
nid to polish their steps and position.
was very disappointed wif their performance.
warm-up was utterly a mess.
it became a game session instead.

wondered if dey understood wad does warm-up means.
it means stretchin of body muscles to prevent body strain...

juz tell dem de imptance abt it, but dey say wan fun.
but me and melswee told dem how impt it is.
hope dey understood.

lost de SYF standard.
de efforts de seniors put in haf gone into waste ah...

pointed out de pts dey haf to improve on, and aft dat make dem dance again.
it gt slightly better.
at least moi scoldin still helps abit..

dis fri, Pattie gonna gif dem trainings on de dance, coz i cant make it.
sianz... coz cant pon liao.
nid to leave it for 20th July de concert.

it is abt some harvestin of de mangoes...
whaha... laughed till i peng~
but interestin lah...
de dance was great.
was learnin de dance too.
moi body juz moved to de music.
